Participants or Presenters in Meetings or Conventions Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index C10)

Description of activities: Participating in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions or similar events as a speaker, lecturer, presenter, or influential figure

Visa Types and Duration of Stay: Single Entry Visa 60 Days (2 Months), extendable.

Fee Components: Submission at the Directorate General of Immigration 

  1. Visa Fee 60-Day Visa (2 months): Rp. 2,000,000 (USD 125)
  2. Visa Verification Category I Fee: Rp. 1,000,000 (USD 60)
  3. Visa Handling Fee: Rp. 500,000 (USD 30)

Total: Rp. 3,500,000 (USD 215)

Visa Application Requirements

General requirements: 

  1. passport valid for at least 6 months 
  2. recent colored passport photo
  3. other documents (e.g. invitation letter from ISWBC explaining the details of the agenda and the topics of the symposia to be presented)

Prohibition

  1. Residing in the Indonesian territory beyond the stay permit period
  2. Engaging in the sale of goods or services
  3. Working in an employment relationship with individuals or corporations in Indonesia
